GB1fitness is outdoor group fitness, personal training and running coaching in Milton Keynes, built for people who want to get fitter without the traditional gym environment.
Many of our members joined worried they wouldn’t be fit enough, that everyone else would be fitter, or simply because they hated gyms. What they found was something different: friendly, coached sessions with no egos, plenty of variety and a supportive group of real people.
Our outdoor fitness classes combine strength, cardio and functional exercise, with options to suit different abilities. We also offer one-to-one personal training and running coaching for more individual support.
You don’t need to get fit before you start. You just need to start.

Graeme is very friendly, positive and engaging and makes the sessions fun and the time flies by. The sessions are varied and they are as tough as you want to make them, ir you can choose lighter weights like I do. No one judges you here. Everyone is making progress at their own pace. I was at amazed at the geunine positive community spirit. Everyone is looking out for each other and helping each other, giving each other positive encouragement and everyone says hello. It's a very safe place with no egos, just lots of new friends. It really is a must for everyone. The only negative is on myself, that I never signed up a lot sooner. If you want to feel good with great people, then GB1fitness is it! Graeme is incredibly motivated to get you active, every session is different and everyone is so welcoming. I've hit PBs in my running and I feel great, all within 2 months of classes!
