I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the doctor on duty for the professional judgment and to all the staff for their attentive and compassionate care. They promptly arranged an ambulance for us to go to A&E for urgent treatment. While we were waiting for the ambulance, they provided us with a comfortable place to rest, which greatly eased our anxiety and helped us through a very difficult and stressful time.
The hospital environment is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the quality of medical service is excellent. I truly appreciate the dedication and kindness of the entire team.
