“It has been awesome working with Caz for the last 18 months on training delivery for Disability Sport Coach's coaching and volunteer workforce. Caz comes with such a wealth of knowledge and ability to engage all participants on a wide range of topics. She has delivered our multi-skills training, first aid and safeguarding workshops. Every training involves such a range of teaching and learning styles (learning through games and movement, hands on team work activities, group discussions etc). Participants are energized and highly engaged due to the way which Caz carefully designs and delivers content. "We used Caroline from The Swans Community Partnership to deliver our Adaptive Learning workshop at our PE Conference. It proved to be really popular with the delegates that attended, they left with a lot of new skills to take back to schools. From the popularity of that workshop, we organised for Caroline to deliver the workshop to our Chiltern area schools which made it easier to engage more teachers. The teachers that took part reported that they really enjoyed the workshop and that Caroline was a great deliverer and brought the subject to life with the teachers being able to transfer these skills back to the classrooms.
