So blessed to call this place home! It’s clean, a welcoming space and has everything I need to keep on top of my fitness goals. There is so much space and I feel safe, comfortable and at peace when I’m training which is a first! I like the choice of music (typically I’m asked what I want on if there’s just me training!) When there are other clients in at the same time, it feels friendly, a lovely community and Seb has really created this with who he is and how he works.

The gym itself is clean, modern and has a wide range of equipment for all fitness levels. Whether you're into weights, cardio or classes, there is something for everyone.
What really makes this place stand out is Seb. I've been training with him for almost 2 years now. He took time to understand my goals, build a personalized plan and been supportive all the way. Every session is motivating, challenging and fun.
