What a turnaround! I hadn't received the normal dispatch notifications for my order, so contacted customer services team as a not-very-happy customer. Beckie was able to contact the courier quickly and kept an eye on the delivery until it did actually arrive, and then phoned me back later in the day to confirm it had arrived safely.
