The Man Cave UK is a Mental Health support group focused on providing a safe and supportive space for men to openly discuss their mental health, share experiences, and seek help when needed.
The Man Cave aims to break down the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and create an inclusive community where men feel comfortable discussing their emotional well-being. The group encourages open and honest conversations about mental health issues.
It provides a safe and non-judgmental environment for men to express their feelings, concerns, and struggles. The focus is on fostering a sense of belonging and understanding within the community.
We provide our members with opportunities and events to empower them with tools to support their personal development journey. We aim to spread awareness of the Man Cave through different physical health and well-being events.

didn’t know what to expect on my first visit to ManCave. I was in a bad way and needed help. I was awestruck by the number of broken men in the room and the pain they openly shared. Immediately, as I began sharing, the room felt my pain and rallied around me in support. They listened; I felt their strength lift me, and I was able to bare my soul without judgment. It helped me so much.
I have shared my journey with the community and friends that I have made in the room, and although my recovery is on track, I still benefit from being there for the people who aren’t doing so well. Our strength is being able to lean into the group, and they lean back, so we can move forward together.
