Lussmanns Woburn is based at 19 Market Place and is the group’s largest restaurant. It occupies a three-storey Grade II-listed Georgian building, with a bar at the front and a large garden to the rear. Lussmanns Brasseries
The restaurant describes itself as part of an independent group focused on sustainable dining. Lussmanns says 95% of the food it serves is sourced from the UK, while its meat comes from animals raised free-range and/or to organic standards. The group also holds a Three Star Food Made Good accreditation from the Sustainable Restaurant Association. Lussmanns Brasseries

Lussmanns said the award was a proud moment for the team and thanked customers who had taken the time to leave reviews.
The group said:
“We work tirelessly to provide customers with a first class experience every time and to be appreciated and recognised for that is something to take real pride in.”
It also thanked diners for their continued support and for sharing their experiences online.
The award adds to what has already been a busy year for the Woburn restaurant, which has hosted a number of special events and supper clubs, including an evening with Michelin-starred chef Phil Thompson in September.
