Juan Pietri is a new addition to the Milton Keynes business community, bringing with him more than 30 years of operational experience across some very different environments.

Before moving into business mentoring, Juan spent 11 years running nuclear reactors aboard US Navy submarines, followed by two decades working with global organisations including PepsiCo and Amazon.

Today, he uses that experience to support SME owners, helping them build stronger, more profitable businesses without becoming overwhelmed by the day-to-day demands of running them.

Juan works one-to-one with business owners who often find themselves constantly busy but never quite feeling on top of everything. His approach focuses on creating the structure, systems and discipline needed for a business to grow without the owner having to hold everything together themselves.

With businesses currently facing rising costs, increased energy bills and continued economic uncertainty, Juan believes there are still opportunities for owners to improve profitability by getting more from what they are already doing.
