Appeal for witnesses following assault outside Asda

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an assault in Milton Keynes. At around 5.45pm on Thursday 21 January, the victim, a man in his twenties, was working as a security guard at the Asda store on Oakridge Park when he was assaulted by a man.

The man hit the victim in the face causing a minor scratch, which did not require any medical treatment.


The offender is described as a white man in his early thirties, around 5ft 8in tall with a stocky build. He had short brown hair and was wearing a blue long sleeved t-shirt.


Investigating officer PC Sophie Matthews, based at Milton Keynes police station said: “I am appealing for any witnesses of this incident to please come forward. There were a number of people in the store at the time who stopped and witnessed the incident who may have vital information that could help with our investigation.
