Browns Milton Keynes re-opened its doors on Thursday 7th October following a luxurious refurbishment.
With a prime location on Midsummer Boulevard, just a short walk from central Milton Keynes shopping and attractions, the brasserie and bar offer relaxed yet sophisticated dining and drinking with a cosy outdoor terrace.
The new interior takes inspiration from the 1920s, with art deco styling, luxurious furnishings, and opulent finishes. The refurbished brasserie and bar provides a simply stunning backdrop to enjoy the seasonal British menu, extensive cocktail list, and fine selection of wine and Champagne.
Open all day from breakfast through to dinner, visitors to the newly refurbished Browns Milton Keynes will be able to feast on classic British dishes and fresh seasonal creations, a delightfully traditional afternoon tea, and a decadent Champagne Bottomless Brunch.
Guests can choose from fresh market fish delivered daily, fresh lobster, sharing Chateaubriand and fillet steak surf & turf from Thursday to Saturday, and traditional roasts on Sundays. There is also plenty for vegetarians and vegans to enjoy, and a delicious Gluten Free menu that’s accredited by Coeliac UK.
Whether they’re dining or not, guests can take advantage of the magnificent new bar, serving expertly hand-crafted cocktails and a fabulous range of wine, Champagne and gin.
Offering a simply perfect space for special occasions and events, Browns has several bookable spaces and a range of menus ideal for everything from celebrations to corporate events.
To top it all off, Browns will also be hosting weekly live piano performances every Sunday lunchtime.
Paul Owuor, general manager at Browns Milton Keynes, said: “The level of transformation we’ve had is amazing, we’re all incredibly proud of our new brasserie & bar, and can’t wait to show it to our customers, both old and new!”
