Council match-funds 16 local parish projects

Milton Keynes City Council has set aside £100,000 to help town and parish councils around the city deliver community projects that are important to local people.

All 48 town and parish councils were invited to apply to this year’s Community Infrastructure Fund if they needed extra financial assistance to get an important local safety or community improvement project off the ground.

They could apply for up to £20,000 each of match-funding for their projects, with the other 50% needing to come from their own parish funds.

Following a formal decision by the city council, the following projects are being offered funding from this year’s Fund:

Applications to the Fund for 2025/26 can be made by town and parish councils between 1 April and 31 August.
