Free Parkings for Saxon Court Vaccination Centre NHS Staff

Starting from Monday 8 February 2021, any NHS staff working at the Saxon Court Vaccination Centre in CMK will be eligible for a permit to park for free in 69 designated bays.

The new V1 (Vaccination Permit) is a virtual permit, valid for 24 hours 7 days per week and is free to any eligible NHS staff.

V1 permit holders will be able to park in the bays where the V1 permit sign is displayed. These 69 bays are located between South Eighth Street & South Row close to the vaccination centre.

Councillor Emily Darlington, Cabinet Member for Public Realm said, “NHS staff are doing a fantastic job every day putting themselves on the front line in the fight against Covid-19. I’m pleased that we can help them by providing free parking for those coming to work at the vaccination centre in CMK.”

More details about the new V1 permit and how to apply can be found in the Parking Permit Guidance section of the Council’s website:

Eligible NHS staff must apply online for their V1 permit. They will need to create an individual account to get the virtual permit issued which will be linked to their vehicle registration. This can include both MK and non-MK residents.

A letter from their site manager and NHS ID will be required.
