This Summer, residents of Milton Keynes are being offered the chance to get themselves AND their kids aged 7 and over fit for free through August and the beginning of September with specially selected sessions.
energie Fitness, who have two clubs, one in Kiln Farm and one in Brooklands, are offering the free fitness classes through the week and in different locations around the City so that anyone can access them.
Rob Francis, owner of the Kiln Farm club says, “The aim of this initiative is to get families in MK up and out into our amazing parks and local spaces and join us and our members in being active together in a range of free fitness classes. So whether you fancy taking on our Ultimate bootcamp session at Campbell Park or maybe testing your dancing skills with our Zumba class or want to try a family friendly circuit session - we’ve got your back!”
