Bucks Fire & Rescue took to social media to let the community know not to be alarmed.
BF&R said, ''Please don't be alarmed if you see emergency service activity outside Jurys Inn in Central Milton Keynes today(Wednesday 12 May) afternoon.
The hotel is kindly allowing us to stage an exercise which will include a simulated rescue.
