Lakes Estate Regeneration progress update

Contracts are currently being agreed with architects and engineers to develop the design information to include in the tender documents used to attract and appoint building contractors.

The detailed designs of the new homes and estate-wide improvements included within the tender documents will be what potential building contractors will be asked to provide pricing against. Building contractors will be assessed against each other on a range of criteria, including price, quality and value for money.

Residents and stakeholders will continue to be updated on the progress that’s being made. In the meantime, please continue to get in touch via email on regeneration@milton-keynes.gov.uk if you have any questions about anything.
