MK Charities is a not for profit organisation born in the pandemic to connect the Milton Keynes community to local Milton Keynes Charities whilst helping them build their online presence through social media and the go-to website for all things charities www.mkcharities.com
One of the ways they help our charities is through their Facebook Group where charities and the community post if they have items, or require items, volunteers, fundraisers etc.
Haircuts 4 Homeless, a group of hairdressers who volunteer their time giving haircuts to vulnerable adults and homeless in the Milton Keynes area. They have been running a toiletry bank since the beginning of the pandemic to support their venues and guests but unfortunately had no collection in Milton Keynes.
Thanks to MK Charities, Haircuts 4 Homeless have been connected with Sharon and Brad, store managers of Grange Farm Co-Op, and we are pleased to say you can now drop donations at Co Op Grange Farm, 130 Dunthorne way, Milton Keynes, MK8 0LW.
