Milton Keynes Hospital make sure that staff who have received compliments from their patients and families are recognised for their contribution to improving patient experience.
To celebrate the amazing compliments the Hospitals staff receive, they are launching a new initiative to thank those who are going above and beyond to provide the best care to patients.
Each month, staff or teams who have received a compliment will be considered for “Compliment of the Month”.
The winners of the Compliment of the Month will be decided based on their effort to improve patient care, and experience, as well as displaying the Trust values.
The winner will receive personal recognition and thanks from the Chief Nurse, and a Golden Raffle Ticket for entry into a quarterly draw to win a £25 Amazon voucher!
