The Parks Trust today put a post on social media asking people to respect the local green spaces.
''We love seeing people out enjoying the parks but please respect your local green spaces and take your litter home!''

''The photos show some examples of the litter cleared this weekend by our team including rubbish left behind after an 18th birthday celebration at Willen Lake, several bags of litter dumped at Furzton Lake and a huge amount of cigarette butts left at Stanton Low.''
