TVP - Neighbourhood policing enforcement action

Thames Valley Police Officers were involved in a 2 day Neighbourhood Policing priority enforcement operation this week.


Conducting high visibility patrols and enforcement action in neighbourhoods targeting the local priorities set out by the communities ranging from youth violence, drug dealing and Anti-Social behaviour.


Over 12 officers, community support officers and partner agencies were involved which resulted in the following results.


6 x arrests made for: Robbery, possession of drugs, possession with intent to supply, possession of offensive weapons & Disqualified driving.


22 stop searches: Positive outcomes for drugs class A & B and possession of a knife.

9 x persons issued out of court disposals for drug offences including fixed penalty notices.

3 vehicles seized for no insurance / licence. 5 x COVID- 19 fines issues 2 x Community Protection Notices issued to suspects for persistent ASB/begging offences.

If you are worried that someone you know is using violence, is being exploited by drug dealers, or is carrying a knife, please report it.
