Update on Recycling Unit Fire in Newton Leys
UPDATE: Six fire engines and crews from Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service and Bedfordshire, along with a turntable ladder crew and four officers, are continuing to deal with a fire at a single-storey recycling unit in Newton Leys. The incident has led to multiple calls to the Thames Valley Fire Control Service, with a large volume of smoke visible across surrounding areas. Firefighters are using main jets and water delivered from the turntable ladder to tackle the blaze.
