Thames Valley Police have taken to social media to confirm of a stabbing in Two Mile Ash.
''We are currently on the scene of an incident in Milton Keynes in which a man has been stabbed.
The victim has been taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in a critical condition.
There is currently a large scene-watch in place in the area of Kercroft in Two Mile Ash while the investigation commences.
An 18-year-old man has been arrested in connection with this incident.
