Are you looking for an opportunity to spend time with some adorable therapy animals? Join us for our Therapy Animal Walk event!
This event is designed for people who don't have access to a pet but want to spend some quality time with furry friends.
Friday 7th April
10.30am to 12pm
Grand Union Canal
The walk will be led by trained Canal & River Trust walk leaders who will guide you through a beautiful route while providing insights into the local area. Our therapy animals are registered and trained to provide comfort and companionship to those in need. Only PAT (Pets as Therapy) dogs will be allowed at the walks.
After the walk, refreshments and snacks will be provided so you can relax and enjoy the company of fellow animal lovers. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and make some furry friends!
The walks will start at the Warbler on the Wharf on the Grand Union Canal (Milton Keynes).
PAT Volunteers will be present to discuss the work of the charity and for people who don't have access to a pet to spend time with registered therapy animals.
