Milton Keynes College Group has been named the tenth most inclusive workplace in the country by the National Centre for Diversity in its list of the Top 100 Inclusive UK employers Index 2025.

Marking the announcement the organisation said, “It is our pleasure to recognise and honour outstanding efforts in fostering diversity and inclusion and the publication of the 2025 Top 100 Most Inclusive UK Workplaces is a platform to highlight and celebrate the remarkable achievements of everyone who has committed themselves to building inclusive cultures.”
Head of People Development & EDI at Milton Keynes College Group, Arv Kaushal, says it’s recognition for the commitment shown at every level in the organisation to making all students and staff feel visible, valued and included.
He says, “At a time when policies around equity, diversity and inclusion are coming under attack in some quarters, it’s marvellous to be able to celebrate this kind of accolade. EDI policies are about making everyone feel seen and heard as individuals, and about enabling them to be as happy and efficient as possible at work. That’s what makes people want to work here and it’s what makes people want to stay here. Most employers know how important recruitment and retention are to the success of a business and we’re no different.”
MK College Group is currently recruiting for a wide range of vacancies in areas including Motor Vehicle, Engineering and prison services. To find out more, visit Working for Us - MK College
