MK Hospital: New visiting restrictions

Milton Keynes University Hospital have put out a statement regarding their visiting restrictions.

''After careful review, we are relaxing our visiting restrictions as of Monday 27 February, so that every adult inpatient can have two visitors at a time.

Masks are still required in any areas where clinical care is provided – this includes the Emergency Department, inpatient wards and clinical rooms in our hospital.

We continue to encourage our inpatients to minimise their contact with other patients, and to practice good hand hygiene, especially if using any shared facilities such as bathrooms.

Visitors are asked to stay at home if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness, including Norovirus, Flu, and Covid-19.''
